摘要
上海精卫中心医院集中供热系统、照明系统、饮用水设备及能源管理等存在较大的节能潜力,在国家政策扶持及节能技术发展的背景下,针对医院能源系统进行了整体改造。集中供热系统改为分散式供热系统,即把原有的燃油蒸汽锅炉以空气源热泵及蒸汽发生器代替;同时,对照明系统、饮用水系统进行节能改造;为了更好地监管能源系统及正确评估节能效果,安装了能耗监控平台。通过能耗监控平台对实际运行数据监测分析,整体节能率达到11%,节能效果显著。
The energy system of Shanghai Mental Health Center Hospital has great energy-saving potential, including central heating system, lighting system, drinking water equipment and energy management. On the background of national support and energy-saving development, the whole energy system was renovated. The central heating system was transformed into decentralized heat supply system, that the original fuel steam boiler was replaced by air source heat pump and steam generator. Also, the lighting system and drinking water system were replaced by higher efficient fixings. An energy monitoring platform was built in order to monitor the running of whole energy system better and evaluate the result of the energy-saving renovation. The whole energy-saving rate is 11% through analysis of running data from the energy monitoring platform, which energy-saving effect is remarkable.
