以水肿为主要表现的新生儿Turner综合征一例
摘要
患儿，女，6d，因“生后水肿6d、气促2d”入院。患儿系G1P1，孕40周，剖宫产出生，出生体重4300g，Apgar评分不详，羊水Ⅱ°污染，父母非近亲结婚，其母在未知自己怀孕情况下孕4周左右因“上呼吸道感染”静脉注射“左氧氟沙星”，孕32周时有“上呼吸道感染”史未用药，孕晚期有轻度贫血。
