滚珠丝杠副磨损失效机理研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 在机床、航空航天、自动化等领域的机械传动系统中,滚珠丝杠副存在使用寿命短、温升过快、可靠性差、磨损失效快等一系列问题,对滚珠丝杠副的磨损失效机理进行系统、深入的分析尤为重要。文章分析了滚珠丝杠副的接触力学和摩擦力学的特点,从磨损失效形式、磨损理论模型、材料性能及失效诊断方法等四个方面对目前滚珠丝杠副磨损失效的研究现状进行了评述,指出了滚珠丝杠副磨损失效亟待解决的问题。 There are a series of technical problems in the application of the ball screw mechanism in the machine tool,aerospace and automation field,such as short service life,thermal effects,poor reliability and high wear rate. Therefore,it is necessary to make systematic analysis and intensive review of the wear failure of ball screw mechanism. The characteristics of contact mechanics and frictional mechanics of the ball screw mechanism are summarized. The retrospection of the development history and status of the wear failure of ball screw is summarized and commented form the aspects of failure mode,wear model,material performance and diagnosis. Finally the key problem of solving the wear failure of ball screw is presented.
