高校可持续发展动态能力的作用及对策探析——以民办高校为例

Study on effect and promotion countermeasures of dynamic capability of colleges and universities based on sustainable development:A case study of the private colleges

民办高校作为我国高等教育事业的重要组成部分,面对动态复杂的环境,如何在激烈的竞争中实现可持续发展成为当前迫切需要研究和解决的重要课题。文章从民办高校实际出发,阐述了民办高校动态能力的内涵及构成要素,分析了动态能力对民办高校可持续发展的作用,并从扫描环境变化、发挥领导团队作用和构建柔性组织结构三个层面提出了提升民办高校动态能力的对策,以期为民办高校提升动态能力进而实现可持续发展提供一定的借鉴和指导。

Private colleges are an important part of higher education enterprise in our country and in the face of dynamic and complex environment,how to realize sustainable development in the fierce competitionhas become their important issue urgently to study and solve in. Based on the reality of private colleges,this article expounded the connotation and elements of dynamic capability of private colleges,analyzed the effect of dynamic capability on the sustainable development of private colleges, and from the aspects of scanning environment change,playing the leading role of the team and constructing the flexible organizational structure,put forward some countermeasures for improving the dynamic capability of the private colleges to provide certain reference and guidance for enhancing the dynamic capability and realizing the sustainable development of private colleges.
