摘要
近年来,"能力分层"日益成为高职院校钢琴专业教学用以解决学生基础、素养与技能分化问题的有效途径。基于这一问题,本文拟结合笔者教学经验,从"师生沟通""心理疏导""动态管理""竞争合作"等不同角度,总结高职院校钢琴教学"能力分层"教学的若干体会与心得。
In recent years,“ability delimitation” has become an effective way to teach the piano majors in Higher Vocational Colleges which is thought to be helpful to solve the students' literacy and skills problems. Starting from this problem, this paper, combined with the author's teaching experience, from the teacher and the students “communication”, “psychological counseling”, “dynamic management” and “competition and coop- eration” and so on, discusses how ability delimitation works in Piano Teaching in Higher Vocational colleges.
