当归饮子配方颗粒对血虚风燥型银屑病患者皮肤屏障功能的影响

Effects of Danggui-yinzi Granules on the Skin Barrier Functions of Psoriasis Patients with Blood-deficiency and Wind-dryness

目的观察当归饮子配方颗粒对血虚风燥型银屑病皮肤屏障功能的影响。方法将血虚风燥型银屑病患者60例随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。观察组采用当归饮子配方颗粒内服联合尿素乳膏外涂治疗,对照组单用尿素乳膏外涂治疗,疗程4周。观察两组的临床疗效及治疗前后皮损角质层含水量、皮脂水平及p H值变化。结果观察组总有效率93.3%,对照组为46.7%,观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后角质层含水量、皮脂含量明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),p H值明显低于治疗前(P<0.05);对照组治疗后各项指标无明显改善(P>0.05)。结论当归饮子配方颗粒对血虚风燥型银屑病患者的皮肤屏障功能有显著调节及修复作用。

Objective Investigate the effect of the Danggui-yinzi granules on the skin barrier functions in psoriasis patients with blood-deficiency and wind-dryness. Methods 60 cases of psoriasis patients with blood-deficiency and wind-dryness were assigned to the observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The observation group were treated by the Danggui-yinzi granules combined with urea ointment. The control group were given only the treatment of urea ointment. The curse of treatment was for 4 weeks. The clinical effect and the changes of strata corneum of skin injury, grease level and pH before and after treatment were observed. Results The effective rate in observation group was 93.3%, and the control group was 46.7%; the clinical therapeutic effect for the treatment group was superior to the control group （P〈0.05）. The grease level and moisture content in the strata corneum of observation group after treatment were higher than that before treatment（P〈0.05）, and the pH was lower than before treatment （P〈0.05）. For the control group, however, there are no significant changes of indicators before and after treatment （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The Danggui-yinzi granules play a significant role in the regulation and restoration of skin barrier functions in psoriasis patients with blood-deficiency and wind-dryness.
