近康汤治疗屈光不正性视疲劳的临床研究

Clinical Study of Jin Kang Decoction on Ametropic Asthenopia

目的观察近康汤治疗屈光不正性视疲劳的临床疗效。方法将200例屈光不正性视疲劳患者随机分为2组,观察组100例200眼,对照组100例200眼。对照组采用珍珠明目滴眼液滴眼、验光散瞳等治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加服疏肝健脾、益气明目之近康汤治疗,两组均以15 d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后比较临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为93%;对照组为73%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.01);两组治疗后视疲劳评分均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论近康汤治疗屈光不正性视疲劳患者疗效显著,值得临床推广运用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jin Kang Decoction on ametropic asthenopia. Methods 200 ametropic asthenopia patients were randomly divided into two groups, including observation group with 100 patients 200 eyes and the control group with 100 patients 200 eyes, The control group were treated with Zhenzhu Mingmu eyedrops and mydriatic refraction. While The observation group were given the Jin Kang Decoction under the basic therapy of control group. The course of treatment in both group was for 15 days, the clinical effects were compared after two courses. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 93%, the control group was 73%, the treatment group was better than the control group （P〈0.01）; The visual fatigue score of two groups after treatment was lower than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, the treatment group was better than the control group, the differences between both groups had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Jin Kang Decoction is safe and effective in treating ametropic and deserves the clinical promotion.
