基于正交试验煤岩互层顶板巷道失稳因素研究 被引量:18

摘要 通过现场调研、矿物组分分析和层状顶板力学模型计算,得到6个煤岩互层巷道失稳因素.对6种因素各取3个水平进行正交模拟试验,得到了各影响因素之间敏感性排序.结果表明:通过水对煤岩互层弱化程度是造成顶板表面、深部位移、高帮顶板下沉量以及两帮移近量变化大的最敏感因素,同时煤岩互层次数,煤岩互层单层厚度对3种下沉量造成了不同程度的影响;而巷道宽度、断面形状是造成两帮移近量的重要敏感因素.研究结果通过线性回归方程进行验证,与正交试验结果基本一致,并且提出了该地区煤岩互层顶板巷道失稳控制对策. Six instability factors of coal-rock interbedded roadway were obtained by field investi- gation, laboratory analysis of mineral composition as well as the mechanical model of layered roof. Three horizontal were taken from each of six factors. The results show that weakening degree of water on coal-rock interbedded is the most sensitive factors in subsidence amount of roof surface displacement, deep displacement and height roof surface displacement among six factors. Varying degrees significant effects were caused by frequency of coal-rock interbedded and each layer thickness in three kinds of subsidence amount. Important and sensitive factors of rib to rib were caused by width of roadway and sectional shape. Results of linear regression e- quation were consistent with the results of orthogonal experiment. Instability control measures of coal-rock interbedded roof roadway of the mining area were proposed.
