摘要
采用化学气相沉积法制备了阵列碳纳米管薄膜,并通二氧化碳对其进行氧化。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、拉曼光谱(Raman)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)研究了CO2氧化后对阵列碳纳米管结构和性能的影响。结果表明,在相同条件下,随着通二氧化碳时间的增加,阵列碳纳米管的管壁被刻蚀得越来越薄,相应的碳纳米管的管径越来越小;在相同条件下,随着二氧化碳对碳纳米管氧化时间的增加,氧化后铁含量也增加,导致氧化后的阵列碳纳米管的磁性增强。
By the method of chemical vapor deposition (CVD) NTs) was prepared and then the effect of oxidation by CO2 on was analyzed through scanning electron microscope ( SEM), , the aligned carbon nanotube arrays (AC- the structure and performance of the ACNTs Raman spectroscopy (Raman) and X ray diffracmeter (XRD). The resuhs indicate that, with the increase of oxidating time, the wall of the carbon nanotube is becoming thinner and the tube diameter is becoming smaller. Meanwhile, the content of iron increases, which in turn enhances the magnetic property of the ACNTs.
