摘要
采用Higashi缩合法合成一种新型的聚酯酰亚胺(PESI),研究了这种聚酯酰亚胺对聚醚酰亚胺/热致性液晶(PEI/TLCP)复合体系的增容改性效果。红外(IR)、核磁(NMR)测试结果表明,Higashi缩合法合成了对应结构的PESI;力学性能表征表明,适量PESI能有效改善复合体系的力学性能,随着PESI用量的变化,复合体系的拉伸强度、拉伸模量、断裂伸长率和冲击强度都有一个先上升后下降的变化趋势,并且都在含量为1.5%(质量分数)出现最大值;动态力学分析仪(DMA)测试结果发现,在PESI作用下,PEI和TLCP的玻璃化转变温度互相靠近,则说明PESI改善PEI/TLCP复合体系的相容性,相应地复合材料体系力学性能提高。
A new kind of Polyester - imide (PESI) was synthesized by Higashi method, and its modifying effect on the PEI/TLCP composite system was investigated. According to the IR and NMR test results, the corresponding structured PESIs were synthesized by Higashi method. Test results show mechanical proper- ties of the composite systems are improved with certain PESI dosages. With the PESI dosage changing, all those properties including tensile strength, tensile modulus, elongation and impact strength of the blends are enhanced at first and then declining, all coming up to their peak when the PESI dosage reaching 1.5%. The dynamic mechanical analyzer (DMA) test indicates that the glass transition temperature (GTT) of PEI and TLCP becomes closer, showing the PESI improves the compatibility of the blends and the mechanical properties of blends are enhanced accordingly
