摘要
针对气水两相流动,研究了气泡对多电极电磁流量计电流密度分布的影响。使用量化指标表示电流密度分布均匀程度以及气泡对电流密度分布影响程度,采用有限元方法,对多电极电磁流量计的电流密度进行数值仿真,分析比较气泡大小、形状不同时电流密度的分布情况。仿真结果为研究电磁流量计应用于气水两相流提供了参考。
Gas-water two-phase flow is common during the production and living, effect on the current density distribution in a multi-electrode electromagnetic flowmeter with one bubble in two-phase flow is studied. Quantitative indicators are proposed to model the uniform degree of current density distribution and the impact of a bubble on the current density distribution. The finite element method is applied to numerically simulate the current density in a multi-electrode electromagnetic flowmeter. Current density distribution is analyzed and compared, when a bubble's size and shape are different. It provides some informations work for the study of electromagnetic flowmeter to be used in gas-water two phase flow.
