全国第1-9届民运会的演进特征与发展反思

Reflection on the Evolution Characteristics of the 1^(st)-9^(th) National Traditional Games of Ethnic Minorities and the Future Development of the Games

通过文献资料法、历史分析法、逻辑分析法等,对全国第1-9届少数民族体育运动会的演进特征进行分析.结果显示,第1-9届全国民运会的演进体现出:办会宗旨从"多元"趋于"统一";发展理念突出"文化交流"与"分享运动"并重;赛事结构以"表演"为主与以"竞赛"为辅双线演进;项目设置体现出"原生态民族个性"与"民族共性"并举;赛事运作将"现代竞赛表演理念"与"民族传统体育人文思想"相融合等显著特征.相对于现代体育赛会,民运会的发展更应坚持文化本位,构建少数民族传统体育文化空间,更好地促进少数民族体育的传承与发展。

The present essay analyzes the evolution of the 1s＇ -9＇h National Traditional Games of Ethnic Minorities in China, and finds that these Games were characterized by：a shift from a multiple purpose to a unitary one;a bal- ance struck between both cultural exchange and physical exercise sharing;a structure with performance being prima- ry and competition subsidiary ; a set-up of sports combining the individualities and commonalities of the ethnic groups ; and the integration of modem concepts of competition and performance, with humanistic spirits imbedded in traditional ethnic sports. Compared with modem sports events, the National Traditional Games of Ethnic Minorities should be culture-oriented, promoting the inheritance and development of traditional ethnic sports culture.
