摘要
目的将智谋理论运用于乳腺癌患者心理行为课程设置,并探讨其运用效果。方法通过对智谋理论解析和扩展,设置乳腺癌患者心理行为课程,采用专家评议法确定课程内容效度,选取80例不同治疗阶段乳腺癌患者对课程具体内容进行需求评价,最终确立乳腺癌患者心理行为课程的具体内容。结果通过3轮的专家评议,删减同时增加部分项目后,最终获得的课程内容效度为0.90。乳腺癌患者对心理行为课程需求评价总体分值为(2.45±0.29)分。结论本研究设立的心理行为课程的具体内容符合"智谋"理论框架,且针对乳腺癌患者,具有较高的内容效度。同时乳腺癌患者对"智谋"理论扩展的心理行为课程内容存在较强烈的主观需求。
Objective To evaluate the application effects of resourcefulness theory in the curriculum design of psycho-behavioral intervention for breast cancer patients. Methods The resourcefulness theory was applied in the curriculum design of psycho-behavioral intervention for breast cancer patients. The course content was identified by expert consultation and questionnaire investigation among 80 breast cancer patients. Results The content validity index of the course was 0.90 after three rounds of expert consultation. The average demands score among breast cancer patients was(2.45±0.29). Conclusion The curriculum of psycho-behavioral intervention for breast cancer patients is in accordance with the framework of resourcefulness theory. It has good content validity and is in accordance with patients' demands.
