人成纤维细胞生长因子21研究进展
摘要
人成纤维细胞生长因子21(FGF21)是参与代谢调节的一种蛋白质,因为能纠正多种代谢异常,被认为是一种潜在的治疗代谢性疾病的新药。近来关于其作用机制的研究取得了显著进展。然而,FGF21调节代谢异常的确切机制仍不明确。本文就FGF21的作用、药理机制、分子学特征等研究进展综述如下。
