摘要
在我国,社会信用体系不仅是社会主义市场经济体制的重要组成部分,也是社会治理体制的重要组成部分,是加强和创新社会治理的重要手段。社会治理体制创新的主要任务是转变政府职能、激发社会组织活力和发挥居民自治作用。基于社会治理体制创新视角来加强社会信用体系建设,一要坚持"政府推动,社会共建"原则,鼓励和调动社会力量广泛参与;二要充分发挥行业协会组织作用,广泛开展行业信用体系建设;三要全面推进社会信用体系建设,加强社会治理体制创新。
The social credit system is not only a part of the socialist market economy, but also is an important part of social governance system in China. At present, it is an important means of strengthening and innovating social governance. The main tasks of innovating social management system are transforming government function, stimulating the vitality of social organizations and advocating residents＇ autonomy. To innovate social management, we should do something in constructing the social management system. First, we should adhere to the principle of ＂government, society to build＂, encourage and mobilize social forces to participate; Second, we must give full play to industry associations＇ role, strengthening industry credit system construction; Third, to strengthen the social management system innovation, we need to comprehensively promote the construction of social credit system.
