摘要
针对普光气田脱硫单元酸性气的腐蚀环境,选择10#渗铝钢、08Cr2Al Mo钢、10#钢、ND钢4种管材为研究对象,进行腐蚀试验研究,获取上述材料的平均腐蚀速率,为硫冷器的换热管选材提供参考。结果表明,ND钢和10#钢在模拟腐蚀环境中耐应力腐蚀和均匀腐蚀的能力优于10#渗铝钢和08Cr2Al Mo钢。
Aimed at the corrosion environment of acid gas of desulfuration unit, four kinds of steel tube materials of 10# alumetizing, 08Cr2A1Mo, 10# and ND are selected as the research objects to conduct corrosion test study and obtain the average corrosion rate of abovementioned materials to provide reference for heat exchange tube of sulphur cooler. The experimental result shows that the resistance stress and uniform corrosion capacity of ND and 10# steel in simulated corrosion environment is superior to that of 10# alumetizing and 08Cr2A1Mo steel.
