论刑诉法视野下刑事审判工作中的难点及对策

On the difficulties and countermeasures in criminal trials in the Code of Criminal Procedure

现行刑事诉讼法自2013年1月1日起实施,它较之1997年实施的旧刑诉法有较大修正,现行刑事诉讼法的修正实施不仅对我国刑事诉讼制度的发展有重大促进作用,而且对刑事审判工作提出了更高的要求。文章从基层人民法院刑事审判的角度谈几点现行刑诉法实施过程中刑事审判工作遇到的难点及对策。

The current Code of Criminal Procedure was implemented on January 1,2013, which was corrected a lot from the old Criminal Procedure Law implemented in 1997. The correction and implementation of the existing Code of Criminal Procedure not only played an important role in promoting the development of the criminal procedure system, but also gave a higher requirement to the criminal trial. The article discussed some difficulties and countermeasures encountered in the criminal trial in the implementation of the existing Code of Criminal Procedure from the perspective of the criminal justice in the grassroots people＇s court.
