Promoting the construction and development of public security institutions by innovating management

2010年召开的全国公安教育训练工作会议为新时期公安教育事业的发展指明了前进方向,但是公安院校现有的管理体制和机制已经不能适应新形势下公安教育的发展需要。理念创造文化,文化创造制度,制度创造生产力,本文提出理念管理、文化管理、制度管理的概念,希望通过管理转型来推动公安院校的建设和发展。

The National Police Education and Training Conference held in 2010 pointed out the direction for the development of education in police, but the existing management system and mechanism of the public security institutions have been unable to meet the development needs of public security education under the new situation. The idea creates the culture, the culture creates the system and the system creates the productivity, so that this paper presents the concept of ideal management, cultural management and systematic management,and hopes to promote the construction and development of public security institutions through restructuring management.
