高职院校在服务社会的同时,其发展的局限性,如综合素质偏低、职业迁移力不足等,也日益暴露出来。因此,理性把握高职院校素质教育的必要性、职业性和应用性,切实推进素质教育是现实所需,提升高职生的阅读能力是一个有效的路径。在导读理念上,从"谋事"走向"谋心";在书目推荐上,从"专业"走向"通识";在阅读个性的塑造上,从"大众化"走向"个性化";在阅读习惯的养成上,从"获取"走向"欣赏"。

Besides the service to the community, the limitations of the development of vocational colleges, such as the low overall quality, lack of career mobility, etc., are also increasingly exposed. Therefore, it is required to rationally grasp the necessity, occupational and applied nature of quality education of vocational colleges to promote the quality education. It is a valid path to enhance the vocational students＇ reading ability. In the philosophy of introduction, change from ＂thinking of things＂ to ＂thinking of spirits＂;in the recommendation of bibliography,from ＂professional＂ to ＂general＂; in the shaping of reading personality, from ＂popularity＂ to ＂personalization＂; in the developing of reading habits, from ＂getting＂ to ＂enjoying＂.
