以唐山市为例,深入分析影响现状外环线通行能力和服务水平的根本原因,进一步提出唐山市外环线规划方案。规划方案的实施不仅能够解决现状外环线的拥堵问题,更能与未来唐山市拓展方向相适应,并能合理疏导交通流,优化整个路网结构。

Taking Tangshan as an example, the article further analyzes the primary cause influencing the present traffic capacity and service level of the outer ring line, and deeply puts forward the planning scheme of the outer ring line in Tangshan. The implementation of planning scheme can not only solve the congestion problem of present outer ring line, is but also adaptable for the development direction of Tangshan in the future, and can reasonably relieve the traffic flow and optimize the whole road network structure.
