根据《化妆品监督管理条例》和《化妆品标签管理办法》两部法规征求意见稿,详细介绍了化妆品宣称及其分类,并探讨了拟定宣称时需遵循的原则。
Cosmetic regulations in China are evolving into a new stage which was never seen before. This paper gives an introduction on cosmetic claims, their categorization and some basic rules to make a claim based on "cosmetics supervision and management regulations" and "cosmetic labeling management approach" two draft regulations.
