摘要
因合同要求不同,常需锰硅合金和高硅锰硅合金互相转炼。由于两者在原料使用、硅的利用率、锰铁比设定上存在一定差异,在转炼过程中会出现一定量过渡产品,造成产品积压问题。在保证电炉平稳高效运行的前提下,总结摸索出两个品种相互转炼时最快、过渡产品最少的转炼方法。实践证明,转炼效果良好,可以把过渡产品降低到最少,达到又快又好的转炼目的。
According to the different requirements of the contract, this article describes transition smelting between ferromanganese-silicon and high ferromanganese-silicon, there are some differences such as the use of raw materials, silicon utilization and the setting of manganese to iron ratio. But in the process of transition smelting, there will be a certain amount of transitional products, which will result in the product backlog. In order to ensure the furnace can operate smoothly and efficiently, it summarizes the method which is the fastest transition smelting with the minimum transitional product. Through production practice, transition smelting receives good results. It can reduce the transitional products to minimum, achieve faster and better purposes.
