摘要
为了解决钒氮合金轮碾机故障率高的问题,对轮碾机结构、物料环境、维修状况进行了统计分析,并据此对压辊、主轴磨损、立柱断裂、减速箱壳体断裂、齿轮断牙等损坏部位进行了设备部件的重新选型和强度校核。试验数据表明:改进后的设备故障率降低至1%-2%,产能发挥100%。
In order to solve the problem of vanadium nitride alloy wheel mill high failure rate, the wheel mill structure, material environment, maintenance condition have been made a statistical analysis. And on the basis of statistical analysis, the roller, the main shaft wear, column fracture, reduction gearbox tanle fracture, and the reduction gearbox wheel gear broken teeth etc. have been re-selected and intensively checked about equipment components. Experimental data shows that the improved equipment failure rate is reduced to 1%-2%. The production capacity can reach to 100%.
