摘要
《呼啸山庄》是一部矛盾激烈,充满张力的小说。然而在小说结尾处,所有的冲突矛盾都归于和谐。小说中存在许多模糊的二元对立。从始至终,这些二元对立之间的相互作用对小说的情节发展和主题表现起到重要作用。
Wuthering Heights is a novel full of tension and conflict. Yet all of them finally come to a harmonious end. This paper is an investigation into the binary oppositions through analyzing the plot, themes and genres of Wuthering Heights, which may shed light on the charm of the novel.
