摘要
李宗勉为宋理宗朝前期宰相,有关李宗勉的传记史料有《宋史·李宗勉传》与《咸淳临安志·李宗勉传》,通过对比,可知后者为前者的直接来源;《历代名臣奏议》收录有李宗勉三封奏议,这三封奏议均是抄录自《宋史·李宗勉传》;关于李宗勉与史嵩之二相之间的矛盾,除了长期以来关于御蒙方略的和战分歧外,主要集中于对蒙输送岁币问题与会子称提政策推行过程中涉及到的人事任免问题;在朝野关于红袄军的处置争议中,李宗勉为在京官员中首位上疏面奏反对继续招抚红袄军的大臣;李宗勉为宋理宗朝前期宰相群体中综合评价最高的一位。
Li Zongmian acts as Prime Minister at the early reign of Emperor Lizong of Song, and there are two versions of his biography. This paper studies three proposals of Li Zongmian from his biography that reveal disagreement between Li and Shi Songzhi over the anti-Mongolian and financial issues. As of the handling of the Red Coat militants, Li Zongmian is the first top official to protest the persusion. Therefore, Li earns the best reputation of all the top officials.
