摘要
随着日益竞争激烈的环境,传统生产制造企业中,如何降低生产成本,提高生产效率,发动员工主观能动性,提升团队绩效,是现阶段企业所关注的。文章主要探讨在生产一线,通过合理的绩效经营管理方法,结合企业实际生产情况,建立一套行之有效的绩效考核模式。
As global sustainable development of the increasingly fierce market competition ,the traditional manufacturing industry has entered a meager profit era. Many enterprises have pay attention to how to decrease production cost, raise production rate, drive employees ’ initiative. The article introduced how to set up an efficient system for team performance in the production line based on the effective performance management with the actual status in the company.
