Music Education Reformation in the View of Social Value

音乐伴随社会发展不断变化,成为社会文化构成的重要元素。目前我国音乐教育的现状令人堪忧:轻视对学生进行音乐教育,学生的音乐素质普遍不高,音乐教育资源分布很不均衡,音乐师资水平低,音乐教学设施落后。教育主管部门应积极倡导先进音乐文化的传播,发挥音乐的社会价值和精神引导作用。要创造良好的音乐教育环境,完善音乐教育的必要设施。

With the rapid development of China, music becomes an important part of social culture. However, our music education is in a dismal state with not realizing that music education is an effective way to enhance the aesthetic ability of student. Lack of qualified music teachers, music education facilities and a very unevenly distributed music education re- sources are also worrying. Education authorities should promote spreading of the advanced music culture, utilize the social value of music, play the spiritual role of music, improve the music education facilities and thus create a good music educa- tion environment.
