摘要
从茶类生物碱的性质和功能入手,以茶类生物碱的不同去除方法为线索,分析专利技术中茶类生物碱去除方法的发展历程、茶类生物碱去除方法的影响因素以及利弊。这对茶类生物碱的去除方法的合理选取、利用具有重要的现实指导意义。
Starting from properties and functions of tea alkaloids, with different removal methods as clue, the development course, influencing factors, advantages and disadvantages of removal methods for tea alkaloid were analyzed, which will provide some guidance on the selection and utilization of removal methods for tea alkaloids.
