摘要
利用Soleris实时光电微生物快速检测系统(以下简称Soleris系统)对不同种类乳品中的微生物指标(菌落总数、大肠菌群、霉菌和酵母)的快速检测效果进行了研究。以市售的各种乳品为基质,通过接入定量的菌株进行阴性、阳性对照,同时采用传统标准方法进行了辅助验证。结果表明:对检测的各种乳品,在适宜的条件下,Soleris系统均能在较短的时间内进行快速有效的检测,最长检测时间为菌落总数18 h,大肠菌群14 h,霉菌和酵母48 h,产品中菌量越多,检测时间越短;并且与标准平板计数法具有良好的相关性。
Studied the effect of Soleris fast testing system for total viable count coliform, yeast ＆ mold in various dairy products and validated the correlation between the two methods of Soleris system and standards plate counts through testing positive and negative samples. Results showed that Soleris can rapidly test microorganism in dairy products in a short time： TVC 18 hours, coliform 14 hours, yeast ＆ mold 48 hours. And a good correlation is existed.
