中医结合现代康复治疗中风偏瘫的临床研究进展

The Clinical Reseach Process of Chinese Medicine Combined with Modern Rehabilitation for Hemiplegia after Stroke

中风后遗症偏瘫造成肢体功能障碍，严重影响患者的生活质量。通过查阅近5年的研究文献，总结中风偏瘫的临床研究近况，发现传统中医结合现代康复理念治疗可取得良好疗效，可改善偏瘫患者的运动功能，提高其日常生活能力，以至回归社会。本文将对其进行综述，以供临床参考。

Hemiplegia, a kind of stroke sequela, can cause limbs disturbance, which seriously affects the patients＇ quality of life. By referring to the literatures in recent 5 years and summarizing the clinical research status of hemiplegia after stroke, finds that the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine combined with modern rehabilitation can get a good effect on hemiplegia, improve the motor function and activity of daily living of hemi-plegia patients so that the patients can return to society. This article would review it to provide some references for clinical practice.
