综合疗法治疗周围性面神经炎疗效观察

Efficacy Observation on Comprehensive Therapy on Peripheral Facial Neuritis

目的：观察电针、面部推拿、中频治疗仪等综合疗法治疗周围性面神经炎的疗效。方法：将97例周围性面神经炎患者随机分为治疗组（49例）和对照组（48例），均采用电针及面部推拿治疗，治疗组则配合中频治疗仪治疗，观察两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为97.96%，高于对照组的89.58%（P〈0.05）。结论：电针、面部推拿、中频治疗仪等综合疗法治疗周围性面神经炎疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To observe the curative effect of combined therapy of electro-acupuncture, facial massage and intermediate-frequency therapy apparatus on peripheral facial neuritis. Methods：97 cases of peripheral facial neuritis were randomly divided into treatment group （49 cases） and con-trol group （48 cases）, both treated with electro-acupuncture and facial massage, treatment group added treatment of intermediate-frequency therapy apparatus, clinical curative effects of the two groups were observed. Results：The total effective rate of treatment group was 97.96%, higher than that of control group by 89.58%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Combined therapy of electro-acupuncture, facial massage and intermediate-frequency therapy ap-paratus has obvious therapeutic effect on peripheral facial neuritis, being worthy of clinical application.
