本文阐述亚低温治疗重型颅脑损伤的机制、指征、时机、方法、时程、复温方法，采取针对性监护，以期减少亚低温治疗过程中的各种严重并发症，降低重型颅脑损伤的病死率和致残率，改善预后，提高患者的生存率及生活质量。

This paper elaborates the mechanism, indications, timing, method, time interval and rewarming methods of mild hypothermia treatment on severe craniocerebral injury, with targeted monitoring in order to reduce all kinds of serious complications during mild hypothermia treating severe craniocerebral injury, decrease the mortality and disability rate, improve prognosis and enhance survival rate and life quality.
