平衡功能是大脑的高级功能，日常生活中各项活动的完成都与稳定的平衡功能密切相关。本文从整体观念辨证选穴、按运动调节机制选穴、头针及耳周腧穴方面分析针灸疗法调节人体平衡功能障碍的选穴思路，总结人体平衡功能的研究现状以及中医学对平衡功能障碍的认识，为临床平衡功能障碍的针灸选穴提供理论依据。

Balance function is advanced brain function, activities of daily living accomplished are closely related to stable balance function. This pa-per analyzes acupoint selection rule of acupuncture regulating balance dysfunction from the perspective of acupoint selection based on overall con-cept and symptoms differentiation, as well as movement regulation mechanism, scalp acupuncture and auricular point, summarizes research status of human balance function and understanding of Chinese medicine on balance dysfunction, to provide theoretical basis for clinical acupoint selection of balance dysfunction.
