《客房服务与管理》课程“理实一体化”教学模式应用研究

理实一体化教学模式是实现职业技术教育目的理性选择。将理实一体化教学模式引入酒店服务与管理专业《客房服务与管理》课程,通过教学实践,结果发现:理实一体化教学模式有助于提高学生的竞争意识;助推实训,加强教师与学生之间的互动交流;建立不同纬度的评价体系,课程教与学更有效;学生客房实操水平,理论成绩均有明显提升。

The principle integration of theory and practice mode is a rational choice to attain the goal of voca- tional and technical education. Introducing integration of theory and practice mode into the course Room Service and Management of hotel service and management major, through teaching practice, the results showed integration of theo- ry and practice mode is helpful to improve students＂ competitive consciousness; The booster training, strengthen the interaction between teachers and students; Establishing evaluation system of different latitude, course teaching and learning more efficient; Rooms practical level and theoretical score of students were improved significantly.
