以宿舍为基础单元的大学生安全网格化管理模式探索

高校学院制改革以后,各项目标下放二级学院,安全工作成为学院的重要工作内容,本文分析了当前大学生的特点以及学院在学生安全管理中存在的问题,结合工作实际,提出了以宿舍为基础单元的学生安全网格化管理概念,探索了应对各类校园危机、保障学生安全的网格化管理的具体方法和措施。

With detail targets distributed to associated colleges of university, assuring security becomes one of the priorities for managers in daily work, after the reform of college system. Analyzing the characteristics of college stu- dents and the problems in security management, this paper, combined with the actual situation, puts forward the con- cept of security grid management on the basis of the dormitory unit and explores the concrete methods and measures of grid management to cope with campus crisis and ~uarantee campus safety.
