关节镜下内引流术治疗梋窝囊肿的体会 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨及评估关节镜下内引流术治疗梋窝囊肿的方法及其临床疗效。方法:采用关节镜下内引流技术对18例梋窝囊肿患者进行治疗,积极处理关节内病变。结果:18例均获随访,术后1个月对膝关节功能评分评估,术后与术前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:关节镜下内引流术治疗梋窝囊肿同时积极治疗关节内病变,具有创伤小、恢复快、复发率低等优点。
