摘要 目的:研究健康教育对糖尿病患者的干预效果。方法:将门诊糖尿病患者,随机分为两组,每组50例。两组均给予糖尿病常规治疗,观察组则在此基础上开展强化健康教育干预,对比两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后3个月、6个月时餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖指数及糖化血红蛋白指数的改善,明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者疾病基础知识的掌握率为94%、自我护理率为96%、依从性为100%,明显高于对照组的74%、80%和72%(P<0.05)。结论:针对糖尿病患者开展相应的健康知识强化教育有利于提高患者自我管理能力,增进对疾病相关知识的掌握度,从而提高患者依从性,为疾病控制和巩固治疗效果创造了有利前提,具有积极的临床意义。 Objective To study the effect of health education intervention for patients with diabetes. Method 100 cases of diabetes in the outpatient department of our hospital were randomly divided into two groups ,50 cases of each group. Both groups received conventional treat- ment of diabetes, the observation group received intensive health education intervention on the basis of this. Treatment effects of the two groups were observed. Results The observation group 3,6 months after treatment,2 h postprandial blood glucose, fasting glycemic index and glycated hemoglobin index improved were significantly better than the control group (P 〈 0. 05). The observation group grasp rate of the basic knowl- edge of the disease was 94% ,self- care rate was 96% ,compliance was 100% ,It was significantly higher better than the control group 74%, 80% and 72% (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion To carry out the appropriate knowledge to strengthen health education will help improve patient self - management skills,increase knowledge of disease - related master degrees, thereby improving patient compliance, creating favorable condi- tions for disease control and consolidation treatment for patients with diabetes ,have a positive clinical significance.
