社区干预对糖尿病治疗依从性和疗效的影响

Impact of community intervention on diabetes treatment compliance and efficacy

目的:探讨社区干预对糖尿病治疗依从性和疗效的影响。方法:选取100例糖尿病患者,随机分为两组,每组50例。两组均接受社区常规降糖治疗,观察组同时开展社区综合干预,观察两组患者Hb Alc、FBG、PBG以及治疗依从性。结果:观察组患者治疗依从性良好率为94.0%,明显高于对照组的82.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者Hb Alc、FBG、PBG三项临床指标明显下降,优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:社区综合干预有助于糖尿病患者治疗依从性与疗效的提升,具有积极的临床意义,值得推广应用。

Objective To research the effects of community intervention on diabetes treatment compliance and efficacy. Method 100 ca- ses of diabetes were randomly divided into two groups ,50 cases of each group. Both groups received conventional hypoglycemic therapy com- munity,observation group received comprehensive community intervention. HbAlc, FBG, PBG and treatment compliance of the two groups were observed and statistically analyzed. Results Excellent rate of treatment compliance compliance in the observation group was 94. 0%, it was significantly higher than the control group（82. 0% ）,there was statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The observation group＇HbA1c, FBG, PBG decreased significantly,it was better than the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Community intervention can help diabetes patients im- prove adherence and efficacy ,with positive clinical significance ,worthy of popularization and application.
