优质护理在吻合器痔上黏膜环形切除术术后切口疼痛管理中的应用分析

Application analysis of high quality of nursing care in incision pain management after PPH operation

目的:分析优质护理在吻合器痔上黏膜环形切除术(PPH)术后切口疼痛管理中的应用效果。方法:选择择期行PPH术治疗的108例患者为研究对象,随机将其分为两组,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上行优质护理干预,对两组患者术后不同时间段疼痛程度、疼痛缓解时间、护理前后焦虑、抑郁评分进行比较。结果:观察组干预后焦虑、抑郁评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。另外,两组术后1天疼痛程度[(2.41±0.46)分VS(3.66±0.55)分]、3 d疼痛程度[(1.32±0.51)分VS(2.59±0.62)]、疼痛缓解时间[(1.86±0.32)d VS(3.45±0.66)d]比较,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:优质护理能有效缓解PPH术后患者焦虑、抑郁症状,明显减轻疼痛。

Objective To analyze the application effect of high quality of nursing care in incision pain management after PPH opera- tion. Method 108 patients undergoing PPH surgery patients were selected as research objects ,they were randomly divided into two groups ,the control group patients were given conventional nursing, the observation group patients in the based oncontrol group with high quality of nursing intervention, compare patients different postoperative time pain severity, pain relief time anxiety, depression, nursing before and ＇after the score between two group. Results In observation group after the intervention of anxiety, depression score was significantly lower than that of the con- trol group,the difference was statistically siglfieant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. In addition, two groups of 1 day postoperative pain degree [ （2. 41 ± 0. 46 ） points VS （3.66 ±0. 55 ） points ] ,3 days of pain degree[ （1.32 ± 0. 51 ） points VS （2. 59± 0. 62） points], pain relief time [ （ 1.86 ± 0. 32 ） d VS （3.45±0. 66 ） d ] differences were significant, the difference was statistically sigificant （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion High quality nursing can effectively relieve postoperative PPH in patients with anxiety and depression symptoms ,significantly reduce the pain.
