摘要
主要介绍了第六代深水半潜式钻井平台冷却水系统的设计研究,分析主发电机组和推力器冷却水系统设计如何满足DP3入级标志的要求以及其它用户冷却水系统如何达到流量平衡的关键技术点。使用标准矩阵求解技术和一维动量方程的方法对其它用户冷却水系统进行了流体分析研究,并对该系统进行了优化。
The design philosophy of the sixth generation semi-submersible drilling unit water cooling system is introduced The key technical points are analyzed, including how the main diesel generator set and the thruster water cooling system to fulfill the DP3 class requirement, and how to reach the flow balance of other equipment water cooling system. The fluid analysis of other equipment water cooling system is carried out using the standard matrix solution techniques and the one-dimensional momentum equations. The system design is optimized.
