柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片联合丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗活动期溃疡性结肠炎临床观察

Clinical Observation of Sulfasalazine Enteric-coated Tablets Combined with Chuanxiong Danshen Injection for Treatment of Active Ulcerative Colitis

目的:观察柳氮磺胺吡啶肠溶片联合丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗活动期溃疡性结肠炎的效果。方法 :选取86例活动期溃疡性结肠炎患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组各43例,对照组给予柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片进行治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用丹参川芎嗪注射液,2组均连续治疗4周,比较2组患者的临床疗效、症状积分及不良反应情况等。结果:治疗后,总有效率对照组为74.4%,治疗组为95.3%,2组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组腹痛、腹泻、脓血便及里急后重的临床症状积分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组均未出现其他严重的不良反应。结论:采用柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片联合丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗活动期溃疡性结肠炎,可快速改善患者的临床症状,提高临床治疗的效果,安全性较好,具有较大的临床意义。

Objective： To observe the effect of sulfasalazine combined with Chuanxiong Danshen injection for active ulcerative colitis. Methods： Eighty-six cases of ulcerative colitis patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group with 43 cases in each group. The control group was given the treatment of Sulfasalazine Enteric-coated Tablets, and the treatment group received ChuanxiongDanshen injection based on the treatment for the control group. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. The clinical curative effect, symptom scores and adverse reaction were observed. Results： After treatment, the total efficiency rate was 74.4% in the control group, and was 95.3% in the treatment group, the difference being significant（P 〈 0.05）. The scores of clinical symptoms , such as abdominal pain, diarrhea and blood stool, and tenesmus in the treatment group was less than those in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. No serious adverse reaction was found in both groups. Conclusion： Sulfasalazine enteric-coated tablets combined with Chuanxiong Danshen injection can rapidly relieve the clinical symptoms and enhance the clinical effect for active ulcerative colitis, with good safety and obvious clinical significance.
