天麻钩藤饮化裁联合赖诺普利氢氯噻嗪片治疗高血压临床疗效观察及安全性评价

Curative Observation and Safety Evaluation of Using Varied Tianma Gouteng Decoction Combined with Lisinopril Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets to Treat Hypertension

目的:观察高血压患者应用天麻钩藤饮联合赖诺普利氢氯噻嗪片治疗临床疗效及其安全性。方法:本组81例高血压患者根据随机数字表法随机分为治疗组(n=43)和对照组(n=38)。对照组给予赖诺普利氢氯噻嗪片治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用天麻钩藤饮治疗。两组患者均连续治疗2个疗程,共4周。疗程结束后对比分析两组患者临床治疗总有效率,治疗前后症状积分变化、血压变化、心率变化及治疗过程中不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗组总有效率(95.35%)显著高于对照组(73.68%)(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后头痛、眩晕、失眠多梦、口苦面红症状积分显著低于治疗前及对照组(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组收缩压和舒张压显著低于治疗前及对照组;治疗前后两组患者心率比较均不具有统计学差异(P>0.05);两组治疗过程中均未出现明显不良反应。结论:高血压患者应用天麻钩藤饮联合赖诺普利氢氯噻嗪片治疗临床疗效显著,安全可靠,具有重要临床研究价值。

Objective ： To investigate the effect and safety of using TGD and lisinopril hydrochlorothiazide tablets in the treatment of hypertension. Methods： The group of 81cases of hypertension were randomly divided into treatment group （n=43） and controlled group （ n = 38 ） based on the random number table. Tile controlled group received lisinopril hydrochlorothiazide tablets in the treatment, the treatment group were given TGD treatment on the basis of the controlled group. All patients were consecutive two courses of treatment, a total of four weeks. Comparison of clinical total effective rate of the two groups of patients after treatment, symptom score changes, changes in blood pressure, heart rate, and the course of treatment the incidence of adverse reactions after treatment. Results： The overall response rate （95.35%） was significantly higher （73.68%） （P〈0.05）; after treatment, headaches, dizziness, insomnia, pain flushing symptom score was significantly lower than before treatment and in the controlled group （ P〈0. 05 ） ; systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the treatment group was significantly lower than before treatment and the controlled group ; HR comparing two groups of patients before and after treatment were not statisfieally different （ P〉0. 05 ） ; no obvious adverse reactions occurred during the treatment of the two groups. Conclusion ： It has obvious curative effect of giving Hypertension patients TGD and Lisinopril Hydrochlorothiazide tablets, safe and reliable, has important clinical research value.
