自拟生肌方对肛瘘术后患者创面愈合的影响研究

Influence Study of Using Self-made Shengji Recipe on Healing Wound of Patients with Anal Fistula after Operation

目的：探讨自拟生肌方对肛瘘术后患者创面愈合的影响。方法：选择2012年5月-2014年5月在我院行肛瘘手术的患者123例,将其随机分为观察组64例,对照组59例,两组患者均使用浸有康复新液的纱布外敷伤口,观察组在对照组基础上加服我院自拟生肌方,比较两组患者临床疗效、术后创面愈合率、术后创面面积以及创面愈合的时间。结果：治疗三周后,观察组患者痊愈8例,显效37例,好转19例,无效0例,对照组患者痊愈0例,显效21例,好转38例,无效0例,经比较,两组患者临床疗效等级资料具有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。术后3天,两组患者创面愈合率无显著差异（P〉0.05）,术后7天以及术后14天,观察组创面愈合率显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。术后1天、术后3天,两组患者创面面积无显著差异（P〉0.05）;术后7天、术后14天,观察组患者创面面积显著小于对照组（P〈0.05）。观察组创面愈合时间显著短于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：我院自拟生肌方能够有效促进肛瘘术后患者创面的愈合,缩短创面的愈合时间,促进创面肉芽组织的生长,值得临床进一步深入研究。

Objective： To investigate the effect of Self-made Shengji Recipe on patients with wound healing after anal fistula operation. Methods ： 123patients were selected in 2012May - 2014year in May in our hospital for anal fistula surgery, were randomly divided into the observation group of 64cases, 59cases in the controlled group, the two groups of patients using impregnated with Kangfuxin Liquid of gauze wound, the observation group was given Self-made Shengji Recipe on the basis of the controlled group, comparing the postoperative wound healing rate, healing the wound area and wound after operation time of the two groups of patients. Results： After three weeks treatment, the patients in the observation group were cured 8cases, 37cases were effective, 19cases were improved, 0case was ineffective, patients in the controlled group, 0case were cured, 21cases were markedly effective, 38cases improved, 0case was ineffective, by comparison, a statistically significant difference between two groups of patients with clinical curative effect with the grade materials （P〈0. 05）. 3days of postoperative, the wound healing rate of the two groups of patients had no significant difference （P〉0. 05）, 7days after the operation and 14days after operation, wound healing rate in observation group was significantly higher than that of the controlled group （P〈0. 05 ）. After 1days, 3days after operation, no significant difference between the two groups of patients the wound area （P〉0. 05） ; after 7days, 14days after operation, the patients in the observation group were significantly less than that of the controlled group, the wound area （P〈0. 05 ）. The observation group, the wound healing time was significantly shorter than that of the controlled group （P〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion： In our hospital with Self- made Shengji Recipe can effectively promote the healing of wound surface of patients after anal fistula operation, shorten the wound healing time, promote wound granulation tissue growth, it is worth clinical further research.
