中医综合护理干预对2型糖尿病患者的影响

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Patients with Type 2Diabetes Mellitus

目的：研究中医综合护理干预对2型糖尿病患者情绪的影响。方法：抽取2012年4月-2014年4月入我院治疗的2型糖尿病患者86例作为研究对象,采用随机对照表法将患者分为两组,其中对照组行护理,观察组行中医综合护理干预,利用抑郁评分量表（SDS）和焦虑评分量表（SAS）评估两组患者的心理状态,并观察血糖控制情况。结果：观察组护理后SDS、SAS评分均较对照组低,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、睡前血糖也较对照组低,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：对2型糖尿病患者给予情志护理、穴位按摩等中医综合护理干预,对改善患者不良情绪,控制血糖水平稳定有积极意义,有临床实用价值。

Objective ： To study the effect of nursing intervention on emotion of integrated traditional Chinese medicine in patients with type 2diabetes mellitus. Methods： Selected 86eases of 2diabetes mellitus patients from April 2012 - April 2014admitted in our hospital as research objects, using random control table method, were divided into two groups, the controlled group with nursing, the observation group with TCM comprehensive nursing intervention, evaluated the psychological status of the patients in two groups by Depression Rating Scale （SDS） and Anxiety Rating Scale （SAS） and observed the blood sugar control. Results ： In the observation group, nursing after SDS, SAS score respectively were 24. 80±2. 27, 25.89 ±3.04, were lower than the controlled group, the difference was significant （ P〈0. 05 ）. In the observation group, fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2hour blood glucose, glucose at bedtime were （7.06±2. 81） mmol/L, （9.76±1.60） mmol/L, （7.53±1.37） mmol/L, were lower than the controlled group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Mental nursing, acupuncture points massage of TCM comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with type 2diabetes has a positive mean- ing on patients with negative emotions, control blood glucose level is stability, has clinical practical value.
