摘要 每种场地都具有利用景观学的方法成为改善或甚至修复场地未开发前原生生态价值与服务的机会与潜力。"可持续场地倡议(SITETM)"提供一个用于指导与评价可持续性景观实践的工具。首先阐明SITETM的概念及其发展演变过程;其次全面研究SITETM的指导原则、评级认证指标体系与评级方法;再次分析SITETM对景观工程认证评估的结果;最后通过将SITETM与"生命景观计划""能源与环境设计指南"与"低影响开发"三个理论进行了对比分析,并且从"建立标准""重视机遇""更新理念""设计建造可持续景观"四个方面提出我国可持续景观发展的建议。 Each site has the opportunity and potentiality to improve or restore the ecosystem value of site which has not been developed. Sustainable Site InitiativeTM (SITETM) is a tool to guide and evaluate the sustainable landscape practices. First, it expounds the concept and evolution of SITETM. Second, it discusses the guiding principles, rating system, certification method and index system. Third, it analyzes the results for SITETM pilot program in America. Finally, it compares the SITETM with Landscape for Life, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design and Low Impact Development and gives four conclusions for Chinese sustainable site & landscape development viewed from the building guidelines, using opportunity, renovating landscape idea, designing and constructing sustainable landscape.
