血清降钙素原与C反应蛋白在髋关节置换术后感染诊断中应用价值分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的:研究分析血清降钙素原与C反应蛋白在髋关节置换术后感染诊断中的应用价值,为临床用药提供指导。方法:选择2012年6月-2014年2月于我院就诊进行髋关节置换术的52例患者,按照其术后是否感染分为感染组和非感染组,应用免疫透射比浊法,分别对其血清中的血清降钙素原和C反应蛋白水平进行测定。结果:感染组与非感染组中的血清降钙素原水平比较差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.01),感染组血清降钙素原水平较非感染组明显增高,而两组中C反应蛋白水平比较差异并无统计学意义。结论:对于髋关节置换术后感染的早期诊断,血清降钙素原较C反应蛋白更具有临床应用价值。
