工作场所中员工心理安全研究综述
摘要
员工心理安全是指个体在表达自我的时候,相信自己的工作、形象、地位和自我发展等不会受到他人、团队或组织负面和消极的评价。心理安全可以分为个体对人际交互氛围的感知、个体对团队氛围的感知和个体对组织氛围的感知。员工心理安全受到个体因素、人际因素、组织因素的影响,而心理安全又会对员工的工作卷入、工作绩效、学习行为、建言行为等产生影响。
