摘要
以一台柴油机为原型机,增加进气道汽油喷射系统,实现进气道预混喷射汽油缸内直接喷射柴油引燃的燃烧模式,对汽柴油双燃料发动机性能进行深入的研究。研究显示:汽柴油双燃料发动机缸内燃烧压力和放热率峰值随着汽柴油比例的升高逐渐降低,并且CA50依次推后;双燃料发动机燃油消耗率呈现先降低后升高的趋势,并且在汽柴油比例65%左右取得最低值;NOx排放和Soot排放随着汽柴油比例的升高呈现单调降低趋势,并且在汽柴油比例85%左右接近零排放。
A prototype diesel engine was modified into dual-fuel engine to which was added gasoline injection system for realizing the premixed combustion model. The performance of gasoline/diesel dual-fuel engine was studied deeply, depending on gasoline injected into intake manifold and ignited by diesel directly injected into cylinders. The results indicated: the peak values of combustion pressure in-eylinder and rate of heat release of gasoline/diesel dual-fuel engine gradually decrease and CA50 also retards as gasoline diesel rate rises. Meanwhile, BSFC of dual-fuel engine shows trends of rising firstly and decreasing then, and the minimal value is got at 65% of gasoline diesel rate; NOx emission and Soot emission decrease as gasoline diesel rate rises, and reach zero emission at 85% of gasoline diesel rate.
