摘要
依据UG软件建立FSAE"KMUST"赛车三维视图模型,获得双横臂前悬架的硬点坐标,利用多体动力学仿真软件ADAMS中Car模块建立双横臂前悬架模型并进行左右车轮平行跳动仿真试验。分析仿真结果,确定需要优化的前轮定位参数,将需优化的参数设定为优化目标,利用ADAMS/Insight模块对设计目标进行灵敏度分析,优化灵敏度较高的因素。对比优化前、后的试验结果,证明优化后悬架的运动学特性得到提高。
3D UG model of FSAE "KMUST" racing car was designed. The key hard point coordination of the front suspension was obtained. The multi-body dynamic model of double-wishbone front suspension was established based on ADAMS/Car. According to Parallel Wheel Travel simulation test, the front wheel position parameters needed to be optimized were ascertained. Then the influence factors of these parameters sensitivity were analyzed by using ADAMS/Insight. Contrasting the result with the former proves that the kinematics characteristics of the front suspension were improved.
