摘要
在发动机台架耐久试验中,进气歧管VGIS开度逐渐减小至关闭,导致发动机扭矩突然下降。通过理论计算和试验方法分析VGIS失效原因,结果表明VGIS设计无法保证其工作的可靠性。分析优化方案,并计算相关优化参数,改进后的进气歧管VGIS通过了VGIS功能试验和发动机台架试验验证,VGIS可靠性得到充分保证。VGIS失效问题圆满解决,并为其他可变进气歧管的设计提供借鉴。
Intake Manifold VGIS closed gradually in engine endurance test, lead to engine torque drop unexpectedly. The failure cause of VGIS is analyzed by theoretical calculation and test. The result shows that VGIS can't work reliably and can't accommodate engine work. Analyzing optimization methods and calculating relative parameter make it clear that optimized VGIS works reliably and stably and can pass the VGIS function test and engine rig test. VGIS failure problem is solved successfully and this provides a reference for design of other variable intake manifold.
